In accordance with the law of 6 April 2010 on business practices and on consumer protection, the customer has the right to cancel his/her order without penalty or stating of reason, provided he/she gives notice within 14 working days from the day after receipt of the goods.
The customer must notify his/her cancellation by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt, sent to: Louise Optic S.A 38 Avenue Louise 1050 Brussels, Belgium. The right to cancel does not apply if products have been used or damaged.
The customer should return the order in its original packaging and at his/her own expense. He/she has a maximum of 14 working days from the day after receipt of the goods to do so.
